Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags (or your favorite tea)
- 2 tbsp Mountain Ridge Honey
- 1 small cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp ground cinnamon)
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 2 cloves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Heat the Water:
- In a small saucepan, bring the water, cinnamon stick, ginger, and cloves to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the spices.
- Brew the Tea:
- Add the tea bags to the spiced water and let steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
- Sweeten with Honey:
- Remove the tea bags and strain out the spices (if desired).
- Stir in the Mountain Ridge Honey until fully dissolved.
- Add Optional Lemon:
- If using, stir in the lemon juice for a citrusy twist.
- Serve:
- Pour the tea into mugs and enjoy it hot. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or lemon slice if desired.
