
Berry Protein Smoothie with Mountain Ridge Honey

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 cup vanilla protein yogurt
- 1–2 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Honey
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
- Add all the berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries), milk and vanilla protein yogurt into a blendar.
- Drizzle in 1 to 2 tablespoons of Mountain Ridge Honey, depending on your desired sweetness, and add the ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust honey or milk for consistency, if needed.
