Berry Protein Smoothie with Mountain Ridge Honey

Fuel your day with this refreshing and energizing Berry Protein Smoothie, naturally sweetened with Mountain Ridge Honey. Packed with antioxidant-rich berries and yogurt, it’s a deliciously simple way to nourish your body and satisfy your sweet tooth, all in one glass.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice 
  • 1 cup vanilla protein yogurt
  • 1–2 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Honey
  • 1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
  1. Add all the berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries),  milk and vanilla protein yogurt into a blendar.
  2. Drizzle in 1 to 2 tablespoons of Mountain Ridge Honey, depending on your desired sweetness, and add the ice. 
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust honey or milk for consistency, if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
