Chocolate Chip Honey-sweetened Cookies
          
          
Here’s our go-to Chocolate Chip Cookie honey-sweetened recipe:
 – 1/2 cup butter (softened)
 – 1/2 cup Mountain Ridge Honey
 – 1/4 cup brown sugar
 – 1 egg
 – 1 tsp vanilla extract
 – 1 3/4 cups flour
 – 1/2 tsp baking soda
 – 1/2 tsp salt
 – 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Cream butter, honey, and brown sugar until smooth.
 
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
 
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
 
- Fold in chocolate chips.
 
- Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.
 
Soft, golden, and oh-so-good.
