Chocolate Chip Honey-sweetened Cookies

Here’s our go-to Chocolate Chip Cookie honey-sweetened recipe:
 – 1/2 cup butter (softened)
 – 1/2 cup Mountain Ridge Honey
 – 1/4 cup brown sugar
 – 1 egg
 – 1 tsp vanilla extract
 – 1 3/4 cups flour
 – 1/2 tsp baking soda
 – 1/2 tsp salt
 – 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
  1. Cream butter, honey, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 9–11 minutes.
Soft, golden, and oh-so-good.
