Cranberry Honey Baked Brie

Ingredients
  • 1 wheel of brie (8 oz)
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices for serving

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the brie on a parchment-lined small baking dish or cast iron skillet.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, honey, orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.
  4. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens into a sauce.
  5. Spoon the warm cranberry sauce over the brie.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the brie is soft and melty.
  7. Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or fruit.

Notes
• Add chopped pecans or walnuts on top for crunch.
 • You can also wrap the brie in puff pastry for an elevated version.
