Cranberry Honey Baked Brie

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie (8 oz)
- 1⁄2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place the brie on a parchment-lined small baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, honey, orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens into a sauce.
- Spoon the warm cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the brie is soft and melty.
- Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or fruit.
Notes
• Add chopped pecans or walnuts on top for crunch.
