Honey Banana Bread

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ⅓ cup Mountain Ridge  Honey
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and mix in honey and melted oil.
  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Fold in flour until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.
  7. Cool before slicing.
