Honey Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ⅓ cup Mountain Ridge Honey
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and mix in honey and melted oil.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
