Honey Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

    • 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and completely dry
    • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (60–70% cacao)
    • 1–2 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Honey
    • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)


Instructions

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
    • Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    • Stir in the Mountain Ridge Honey until fully incorporated.
    • Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the honey-chocolate mixture, letting excess drip off.
    • Place strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.

 

Tips

    • Make sure strawberries are fully dry so the chocolate sticks properly.
    • Drizzle extra chocolate on top for a bakery-style finish.
    • Best enjoyed the same day, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
