Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ⅓ cup honey (Mountain Ridge Honey)
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and Mountain Ridge Honey.
- Stir in chocolate chips, flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until everything is fully combined and sticky.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
How to Store
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
- Freeze for longer storage and grab as needed
Pro Tip
If the mixture feels too sticky, add a little more oats. Too dry? Add a small drizzle of honey to bring it together.
