Honey Lemon Ginger Morning Tonic
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
- 1 tablespoon Mountain Ridge Honey
- Optional: pinch of turmeric or cinnamon
Instructions
- Warm the water until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in lemon juice and ginger.
- Add raw honey and stir until fully dissolved.
- Enjoy warm, first thing in the morning.
