Honey Lemon Ginger Morning Tonic

Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1 tablespoon Mountain Ridge Honey
  • Optional: pinch of turmeric or cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Warm the water until hot but not boiling.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and ginger.
  3. Add raw honey and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Enjoy warm, first thing in the morning.
