- 2 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Honey
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Mountain Ridge Honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing becomes glossy and fully combined.
- Stir in fresh herbs for a bright, fresh finish.
- Add a touch more honey for sweetness or lemon juice for extra brightness.
