Honey Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Honey
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Mountain Ridge Honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing becomes glossy and fully combined.
  • Stir in fresh herbs for a bright, fresh finish.
  • Add a touch more honey for sweetness or lemon juice for extra brightness.

Serving Tip
Drizzle over mixed greens, roasted vegetables, or grilled chicken. Also perfect as a light marinade for summer dishes.
