Honey Mustard Dip with Soft Pretzel

Ingredients 

    • ¼ cup Mountain Ridge Honey (raw or organic)
    • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional, for texture)
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard until smooth.
    • Add apple cider vinegar and whisk to combine.
    • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
