Share
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Topping:
- 2–3 tablespoons Mountain Ridge Hot Honey
- Smoked paprika, for garnish
- Chopped chives
- Chopped bacon
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and cool completely before peeling.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. In a bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Lightly drizzle Mountain Ridge Hot Honey over each deviled egg. Sprinkle with chopped bacon, smoked paprika, and fresh herbs.
Serving Tip
For the perfect balance, drizzle just before serving so the hot honey stays glossy and doesn’t soak in. Ideal for spring gatherings, summer parties, or an elevated appetizer spread.
