Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients (makes one 12-inch pizza):
- 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–25 slices pepperoni (ideally "cup-and-char" style)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 tbsp Mountain Ridge Hot Honey (or regular honey + pinch of chili flakes)
- Optional: Fresh basil, red pepper flakes, grated parmesan
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 500°F (or as high as yours will go). If using a pizza stone, heat it at least 30 minutes.
- Stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Layer toppings: spread pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni slices evenly.
- Bake 8–12 minutes (until crust is golden and pepperoni edges are crispy).
- Finish with honey: Drizzle Mountain Ridge Hot honey generously over the pizza while still hot.
- Garnish with basil, parmesan, or a little extra chili heat if you like.
