Hot Honey Wing Sauce

Hot Honey Wing Sauce

Ingredients
  •  ½ cup Mountain Ridge Hot Honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
  1.  In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  2.  Stir in the Mountain Ridge Hot Honey and warm gently.
  3.  Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), apple cider vinegar, and salt.
  4.  Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Do not boil.
  5.  Remove from heat and let sit for 1–2 minutes before using.

How to Use
  • Toss freshly cooked wings in the warm sauce until fully coated
  • Brush onto wings during the last few minutes of grilling for a sticky finish
  • Drizzle extra over wings right before serving

Pro Tip
For a deeper, richer flavor, let the red pepper flakes steep in the warm honey a little longer before adding the other ingredients.
