Hot Honey Wing Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup Mountain Ridge Hot Honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Stir in the Mountain Ridge Hot Honey and warm gently.
- Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), apple cider vinegar, and salt.
- Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 1–2 minutes before using.
How to Use
- Toss freshly cooked wings in the warm sauce until fully coated
- Brush onto wings during the last few minutes of grilling for a sticky finish
- Drizzle extra over wings right before serving
Pro Tip
For a deeper, richer flavor, let the red pepper flakes steep in the warm honey a little longer before adding the other ingredients.
