Iced Honey Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon Mountain Ridge Honey
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- Ice
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to prevent clumps.
- Add the hot water and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until smooth and slightly frothy. A bamboo whisk works best, but a handheld frother or small whisk will also work.
- Stir in the Mountain Ridge Honey while the matcha is still warm so it fully dissolves.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in your milk of choice, leaving about 1 inch at the top.
- Slowly pour the honey matcha mixture over the milk for a layered look. Stir before drinking.
