Iced Honey Matcha Latte

Ingredients
  •  1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon Mountain Ridge Honey
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • Ice

Instructions
  •  Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to prevent clumps.
  • Add the hot water and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until smooth and slightly frothy. A bamboo whisk works best, but a handheld frother or small whisk will also work.
  • Stir in the Mountain Ridge Honey while the matcha is still warm so it fully dissolves.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in your milk of choice, leaving about 1 inch at the top.
  • Slowly pour the honey matcha mixture over the milk for a layered look. Stir before drinking.
