- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp matcha powder (high-quality for best flavor)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup Mountain Ridge Honey
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup white chocolate chips

- Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream Butter & Sweeteners:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, Mountain Ridge Honey, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients:
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine Everything:
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop & Bake:
