Mountain Ridge Hot Honey Wings

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
For the Hot Honey Glaze:
  • ¼ cup Mountain Ridge Hot Honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

How to Prepare:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it or use parchment paper.
  2. Season the Wings:
    • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
    • Toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Bake the Wings:
    • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
  4. Make the Glaze:
    • While the wings bake, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
    • Stir in the Mountain Ridge Hot Honey and soy sauce. Heat for 1-2 minutes, just until combined and warm.
  5. Coat the Wings:
    • Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl.
    • Pour the hot honey glaze over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Serve:
    • Plate the wings and enjoy immediately!
