Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Hot Honey Glaze:
- ¼ cup Mountain Ridge Hot Honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
How to Prepare:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it or use parchment paper.
- Season the Wings:
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
- Bake the Wings:
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- Make the Glaze:
- While the wings bake, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the Mountain Ridge Hot Honey and soy sauce. Heat for 1-2 minutes, just until combined and warm.
- Coat the Wings:
- Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the hot honey glaze over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve:
- Plate the wings and enjoy immediately!
