Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
  • 1-2 tbsp Mountain Ridge Honey
  • ½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra nutrition)
  • ½ banana, sliced (optional)
  • A drizzle of extra Mountain Ridge Honey for topping

Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Yogurt Base:
      • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1-2 tbsp of Mountain Ridge Honey until well combined.
    2. Assemble the Bowl:
      • Top the yogurt with fresh berries, granola, chopped nuts, and banana slices (if using).
      • Sprinkle chia seeds or flaxseeds on top for added texture and nutrients.
    3. Drizzle with Honey:
      • Finish with an extra drizzle of Mountain Ridge Honey for a touch of natural sweetness.

Smoothie Bowl Option

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp Mountain Ridge Honey

Blend until smooth, pour into a bowl, and add the same toppings as above!
